Czech Art Deco Jeweled Filigree Perfume Bottle
An exquisite hand-made Czech jeweled filigree perfume bottle.
This particular bottle is made from clear glass which is encased in the highest quality gold tone filigree on 3 sides and adorned with 6 medium and one small round brilliant deep red faux rubies on the front panel. The filigreed screw-on top is capped with a small faux ruby and is equipped with a glass dauber
This ornate Perfume Bottle is approximately 2-1/2 inches tall and 2 inches wide through its widest point. It is new, hand-made in the Czech Republic.
Miniature filigree perfurme bottles first appeared in Czechoslovakia (present-day Czech Republic) during the Art Deco period the Art Deco period and were collected by ladies together with filigree vanity/hand mirrors, intaglio and other exquisite Czechoslovakian perfume bottles and vanity accessories. These little bottles are referenced/pictured in many art glass and perfume bottle history books and are a fabulous collector's items, as well as wonderful and unique gifts.
