This is a beautiful Garnet. Many gem dealers claim the Rhodolite is one of the 5 most beautiful gems in the world, and I would not argue that. It is bright, clean, well cut and quite Red. It is actually what you would hope that a Ruby would look like. Some claim that the value of Rubies have been diminished by the presence of the super clean look alike Rhodolite Garnets.
